Originally from southern California, Carlye has a deep-rooted love for the ocean and mountains, old school hip hop, laughing, adventure and travel. Carlye grew up on the sunny beaches of Los Angeles and Orange County before moving to Utah’s Salt Lake Valley where she graduated from Brighton High School. She has been raising her three ‘not-so-little-anymore’ sons with her husband in Herriman since 2001. In 2018, Carlye and her family made a big move - relocating from the home they had built, loved and lived in for 17 years to a new home that better serves the needs of her growing family. Carlye can directly relate to the challenges of selling, searching for and building that perfect home.

Carlye Webb is the ‘real deal’ and brings with her a passion for protecting homeownership rights and protecting the safety of her buyers and sellers while listening to and strategically negotiating on their behalf. She does all this while adhering strictly and meticulously to a code of ethics and excellence. Carlye specializes in residential purchase and resale because she loves the human emotion of it. “I understand the pains of building, selling, renting, and living with family. Moving is not easy, but I can help make the process as smooth and fun as possible,” says Carlye, “because in the midst of change and challenges, we rise into the beautiful humans we are destined to be, as long as we keep moving forward in faith.” Carlye has been servicing clients along the Wasatch Front since 2004, and has recently obtained her Broker’s license.

With her awesome husband as her licensed team member, she is thrilled to have brought the two loves of her life together. “My service in the real estate industry has become a part of my identity, and I believe that giving back to our community is not only essential, but also one of my greatest achievements. I continuously strive to model for my family a positive example of professionalism, hard work and service. I’ve dedicated countless hours to board committees and charity events over the years, currently serving as a Director on the Salt Lake Board of Realtors Board of Directors."
